In accordance with Article 37, paragraph 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On Employment of the Population” ASAP Global Company does not take any commission or fee from job seekers.
The payment of employment services is carried out exclusively by the employer, who is provided with our services.
In accordance with Article 38, paragraph 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Employment of the Population”, ASAP Global:
- is licensed to provide employment services abroad (view Licence)
- Abroad employment services are provided due to request of a foreign employer for available job openings and only under the terms of the foreign economic contract for intermediary services between ASAP Global and a foreign economic entity for the purpose of the execution of employment agreement. The draft employment agreement, checked with a foreign employer, is a compulsory amendment to the foreign economic contract.
